Enjoyed the spacious luxurious room with beautiful views and the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.

Bathroom was not as shown in photographs, leaked while we were there, mold on walls. Non-stop sales pitch from the minute we entered the door after a long drive to the moment we returned from any trip... One got the impression that the hotel owner only sees guests as an opportunity for making money. Below average breakfast.

The location was beautiful, you can see the town below (Göreme) and all the surrounding area, it was just great. We got a small, nice cave-room. The breakfast didn't have too much to choose from, but was enough. People from the hotel was very friendly, and helped us with a lot of tips and ideas about what to do, and have direct contact with several agencies for tours, car/motorbike renting, etc.

Had a cozy room with central heating, a personal safe, and a TV with lots of channels. the location was super convenient, close to everything in town, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! 🌟

The rooms here are spacious with a private balcony and the staff is really nice. This place is in an amazing spot right by the cave. 🌟

The hotel is a great position with lovely views. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight. The friendly staff were superb and Antonio especially helpful, going out of his way to help and advise us.

The locations is just amazing and justify the price little higher than the average. Staff speak fluent English and is very friendly and flexible (we got along with this funny guy nicknamed Antonio, but only the last day we found out his real name :) ) Breakfast is ok.

The breakfast was exceptionally good and sensational with a variety of goodies. the idea of including an electric kettle and glassware in the family room was nice. - the location couldn't be more marvelous by the cave and next to a tourist destination, restaurants, ATM machines, and souvenir shops.

The staff are very kindfull and they handle all my issues very fast and efficiently. I am sure that it was very important to enjoy all attractions of the city even I started to organize it 3 days before the travel.

Nice hotel with family atmosphere and very kind staff. Beautiful terraces where you can eat breakfast. The room was in a cave.

Breakfast was the same every day, we prefer buffet breakfast. Little difficult to go up to the bathroom, big steps. No fridge.

The breakfast here was really good, like with warm eggs, nice views, and a cool atmosphere. the staff were nice and helpful, which was great! 😊

Fantastic location with great views from the terraces, and even from our room. Fun experience to sleep in a cave. Nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful

The room here was magical, authentic with a balcony, the breakfast was reasonably good and excellent, the staff were helpful and the views were great.

Lovely views of the town. Thoroughly enjoyed the location right in the center. - Very close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. - A hill looking over the city was also nearby.

The staff were very friendly and nice people did all they could to meet our needs and changes of plans. The view from the terrace at breakfast was spectacular.
